2. Services Provided

  • Celesta Campus provides one-on-one online tutoring sessions for students across various subjects and grade levels.
  • Sessions are delivered virtually via platforms and tools communicated during scheduling.
  • All class coordination and scheduling are managed directly between Celesta Campus representatives, tutors, and parents/students.

3. Eligibility

  • Our services are available to students worldwide.
  • If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your enrollment and communication with Celesta Campus.

4. Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance before sessions begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment methods currently accepted: PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other methods as informed during onboarding.
  • Once payment is made and sessions are scheduled, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

5. Student & Parent Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and any required software or tools for attending online classes.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising minors during sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All class materials, notes, worksheets, or recordings (if any) provided by Celesta Campus or tutors remain the intellectual property of Celesta Campus.
  • You may use materials only for personal educational purposes.
  • You are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, selling, or sharing materials with third parties without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information (name, email, WhatsApp number, etc.) will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Celesta Campus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring, academic results are not guaranteed.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
