Refunds
Currently, we do not offer refunds for payments made for completed sessions. Each payment corresponds to sessions already provided, and once a session is conducted, the payment is considered final.
In the future, if we implement a system for upfront payments, a revised refund policy will be introduced to address those scenarios.
Rescheduling Due to Tutor Unavailability
If a tutor is unavailable for a scheduled session, we will automatically reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time. Customers will be informed via email or their registered WhatsApp number regarding the rescheduling.
Promotional Offers
Payments made for discounted or promotional sessions are non-refundable. These offers are designed to provide additional value and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
