Welcome to Celesta Campus! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.


1. Overview

Celesta Campus provides one-to-one personalized online tutoring services designed to help students excel in their chosen subjects. Our services include scheduled one-hour tutoring sessions, personalized homework assignments, and class tests, depending on the tutor’s assessment of the student’s needs.


2. Scope of Services

  • Tutoring is provided only in the agreed-upon subject(s) and their respective topics.
  • Homework and class tests are included at the tutor’s discretion based on the student’s progress.
  • Sessions are scheduled in advance, and each session lasts for one hour.

3. Eligibility

Students in Grade 3 or above are eligible to enroll in our tutoring services.


4. User Obligations

To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, users must adhere to the following:

  1. Content Use: Materials provided during the sessions must not be shared publicly or sold. Session recordings are strictly prohibited, though whiteboard progress can be saved if used during the session.
  2. Respectful Interaction: Students and parents must maintain respectful behavior towards tutors. Sharing of personal information with tutors is prohibited unless explicitly approved by the Education Manager or Head Tutor.
  3. Confidentiality: Payment-related matters must not be discussed with tutors. Any violation may result in actions deemed appropriate by Celesta Campus after review.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are collected after sessions have been conducted, either upon reaching a specific number of sessions or when an invoice is sent to parents.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Debit Card.
  • In the near future, Celesta Campus plans to transition to an upfront payment model.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • By Students/Parents:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the session. Failure to do so will result in the session being treated as completed, and payment will be charged.
    • For rescheduling, a fee of 50% of the session’s payment will apply if not rescheduled within the 2-day window. Rescheduling within the timeframe is free.
  • By Tutors:
    • If a tutor cancels a session, clients will not be charged. A free rescheduling will be offered.

7. Missed Sessions

  • If students miss a session, it is treated as a late cancellation, and full payment will be charged.
  • If a tutor misses a session, it will not be charged, and a free rescheduling will be offered. Such instances are rare, as Celesta Campus prioritizes timely service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Celesta Campus does not assume liability for outcomes related to services provided. Payments are collected only after sessions have been conducted.


9. Intellectual Property

All educational materials and resources provided by Celesta Campus remain the sole property of the brand. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


10. Termination

Celesta Campus reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing restricted materials
  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
  • Breach of payment or confidentiality terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For disputes, the jurisdiction will be India.


12. Changes to Terms

Celesta Campus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or via email, depending on the significance of the changes.
